I did some optional stuff (Type-S oil pump, RBC intake manifold) to make it better, but the stock swap would be pretty easy. You can use the ep3 harness, just change over a few sensors and extend a couple wires. I still have the 5 speed and I wish I had another gear for highway driving.

A good 10/40 semi synthetic to a 5/30 fully synthetic is the range you can use. You can go Mobil 1,if you want but dont forget ep3's use oil (cost) !!!!!.
