Yes. As I am typing this, Forza Horizon is the only game in the xbox360 family of Forza games that will work on the Xbox One. You can verify this yourself by checking the xbox backward compatibility list at the xbox website. Other xbox 360 forza titles may work on xbox one in future but check the list to be sure.
Overall: 6/10 Above Average. A great game is hidden under it's technical flaws. Graphics: Gorgeous visuals that can be distracting at times. Numerous visual glitches have shown including disappearing geometry right under or in front of you in the game world. Sounds: Greatly improved engine sounds.
